Omicron Bot
My personal favorite. This is the most human-like bot, that I know of. The Omicron Bot can rocket-jump, surprise you, chase you, run away, etc. The bottalk is nifty, too. The Bot even supports Rocket Arena! The only complaint I have is that this bot takes a lot of CPU. On my P-133 32MB RAM system, I couldn't fit in more than 4 bots and not slow down. Try it and see it for yourself.

The Reaper Bot
The Reaper Bot is the most famous Quake Bot. Although I don't like it too much, it is the most frequently used bot in bot contests. It doesn't take much CPU, so even if you run 12 of these bots, you shouldn't have too much trouble of slowing down. At skill 3, this bot uses impossibly-super-fast aiming and 360 degrees of field of view, and I find it pretty boring to kill skill 3 bots since the only way I found of killing it (when it gets a lightning gun or a rocket launcher), is by throwing grenades at it from out of its view. Trying to kill as many skill 0 Reapers as possible in 5 to 10 minutes is fun and good practice though.
